This policy explains how AaMa Development (“we”) handles personal data in connection with this website. In short: the website itself collects no personal data. We only receive the information you choose to send us by email.

What this website does not do

  • It sets no cookies and uses no similar technologies, such as local storage.
  • It uses no analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tools or social media plugins.
  • It has no contact forms, accounts or newsletter sign-ups.
  • It loads nothing from third parties: all text, fonts, styles and images are served from this website.

Server logs

This website is delivered by the servers of our hosting provider. As with any website, those servers receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, the page you requested, the date and time of the request and your browser type. This information may be kept in server logs for a limited period to deliver the website and protect it against misuse. We do not use it to identify visitors or to build profiles. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you email us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the contents of your message. We use this only to read and answer your message and to handle anything you ask us to do.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, if you contact us about an agreement, taking steps at your request before entering into one (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We keep emails only as long as needed to handle them. Emails that become part of our business records, for example because they relate to an agreement or an invoice, are kept for as long as Dutch law requires, which for tax records is generally seven years.

Who receives your data

We do not sell personal data or share it with others for their own purposes. Our hosting provider and email provider process data on our behalf so that this website and our email work. We only disclose personal data to others where the law requires it.

If a service provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, we make sure an appropriate safeguard applies, such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission or standard contractual clauses.

Links to other websites

This website links to other websites, such as the websites of our products and kvk.nl. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, and to ask us to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. To use these rights, email us at abdulrahman.abdulqawi@outlook.com. We respond within one month, as the GDPR requires.

If you believe we handle your personal data incorrectly, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes to this policy

If this website or the way we handle personal data changes, we will update this policy and the date at the top of this page.
